15 HackAtom RU hackathon starts in March 2021 with a prize fund $38 000 – Bits Media

Tendermint, Citizen Cosmos and Cyber Academy will host HackAtom RU 2021 - You are right, dedicated to Cosmos and IBC protocol for the most creative hackers.

Hackatom ru 2021 will be focused on the connection (Building bridges) Defi with cosmos and oriented, First of all, On Russian -speaking hackers. However, the organizers invite everyone to take part in Hackatom ru 2021 and take care of the translations throughout the hackathon.

Hackatom ru program 2021:

Hakaton will open a series of workshops, on which part of the participant to develop a blockchain for the exchange of tokens through IBC, Measure blockchain performance, convert, develop and use smart contracts with cosmwasm, create a distributed database with Tendermint and secret applications.

In the second part of the hackathon, the participants' teams will build infrastructure for Defi in their own projects. In the final, the jury will evaluate the technical performance, uniqueness, usability and product part of projects.

Prizes:

Unicorn Prize: $8 000 -for creating a blockchain based on the IBC and Cosmos-SDK protocol, which will solve Defi problems.
Kitty Prize: $5 000 -for creating NFT projects using Cosmos-SDK.
Fox Prize: $5 000 - for creating infrastructure IBC.
$1 000 - project, the majority of votes in the community.
$1 000 - for the translation of technical documentation.
