Deputy Minister of Finance Alexei Moiseev said, that the Ministry of Finance does not support the position of the Bank of Russia, speaking for total licensing of cryptocurrency miners.

Last month, deputies submitted a draft law for legalization of production for consideration Cryptocurrencies in the Russian Federation. One of the authors of the document, Anatoly Aksakov explained the chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market, that in the case of approval of the bill, mining in Russia will be legalized and this will help regulators to control operations with cryptocurrencies.

Aksakov added, that the rules for the production of cryptocurrencies by ordinary miners and companies, including participants in mining bullets, will establish the Government of the Russian Federation and the Central Bank. However, the Deputy Minister of Finance Alexei Moiseev believes, that it is impossible to prohibit cryptocurrencies for miners, who did not receive a license of the regulator.

“The Central Bank has a new position ... In fact, mining is brought under the ban on, which is produced not within the experimental legal regime. That is people, which should be mining, should do this through authorized organizations and so on, That is, actually total licensing. We are against ", - said Moiseev.

At the end of last month, the State Duma indicated the initiators of the bill on cryptocurrencies and mining for the presence of internal contradictions in the document and rejected the coordination until the remarks were eliminated.
