Mining operators want to oblige to keep records of generated digital currencies, contracts with users and operators of digital currency exchange, payment systems and banks, as well as exchange services, who buy digital currencies.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Andrei Lugovoi reported, that the new version of the bill on the regulation of cryptocurrencies will be applied to the State Duma coordination before the May holidays.
