Polkadot registers a trademark for a blockchain-mesker-Bits Media

The Polkadot project has applied for registration of a trademark of a mobile application, created for the exchange of messages and working on the basis of the blockchain.

According to the application, submitted to the Bureau for Patents and Trademarks of the United States (USPTO), Polkadot positions itself as "Blockchain zero level". The phrase Polkadot Converse will become a trademark. The application applies to software for social networks, PO for creating, management and interactions with the online community, as well as software for creating, Sending and receiving electronic messages, graphs, Images and audio content.

If the application Polkadot is approved, The project will become one of the pioneers in the implementation of Web3 technologies into social networks and instant messengers. This will partly change the specifics of Polkadot, which has now focused on improving the speed of transactions in its own blockchain.
