The popular online forum Reddit is preparing to develop its own platform for issuing and trading collectible tokens. This is evidenced by a vacancy published on the forum website..

Reddit is looking for a Senior Backend Developer, who can design and develop services to create, purchases, sales and use of digital goods based on NFTs, and will also help in creating a platform strategy.

“We are looking for strong engineers and leaders, who will help us form a team and strategy, and also create a common future. We count, that NFT is at the very beginning of its development, so come join our team!», – подчеркивается в сообщении.

How fans will support their favorite artists and communities", – Reddit representatives conclude.

Previously, the forum had already issued its own collectible tokens - three NFTs were created featuring the Reddit mascot named Snoo. Besides, the forum has a community token system on Ethereum, which in July received support from the Arbitrum decision.
