Rosfinmonitoring has developed a service for tracking cryptocurrency transactions – Bits Media

At a meeting with Vladimir Putin, Director of Rosfinmonitoring Yuri Chikhanchin reported on the development of a service for tracking cryptocurrency transactions, related to criminal activities.

The system was named "Transparent blockchain" and allows track and analyze cryptocurrency transactions, and also identify the participants in the operation. At the same time, the official did not tell, with which blockchains the service works.

“Together with law enforcement agencies and the Academy of Sciences, we first developed a digital service, which allows us to analyze cryptotransications. This will give us the opportunity to track these transactions in cryptocurrency, And most importantly, We are now working out signs and criteria, which, in the general flow of transactions, could show us, where there is a crime. There are already criminal cases ", - said Chikhanchin.

He stressed, that when developing the service, Rosfinmonitoring worked with foreign colleagues, including from Finland, Luxembourg, Lierture, Belarus and Malta. Chikhanchin also spoke about the struggle of the department with various cryptocurrency fraudulent companies:
