Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Alexey Zabotkin told, that by the end of this year the Bank of Russia plans to launch a prototype platform for digital ruble, and in 2022 his test will begin the year.

“By the end of the year, Let's hope, We will be able to present the prototype of the digital ruble platform - some technological platform, which can be twisted in your hands, but in which real transactions will still be impossible to do yet.
