Moscow Financial and Industrial University "Synergy" announced the creation of a separate faculty of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, on which students are promised to teach programming smart contracts, development and architecture of applications.

To the program of the whole the faculty was more significant, Students are going to teach the development of web services, Java programming, Python and C ++, Creation of chat bots and neural networks, Robotization of business processes, And even mining.

“Cryptocurrency is considered as investments and a possible protective asset, who have to learn how to use students. As part of the educational program, students will get acquainted with cryptography and safety principles in this area, development and architecture of blockchain applications ", - says in the official statement of the university.

Synergy promises to attract specialists from IT companies and send students to practice in 1C, GreenData, Red software, Astra Linux, Alt Linux, Loginom, Pix Robotics and other companies.

The university positions its faculty as the first in Russia. Also in 2018 year, blockchain courses appeared in three Russian universities.
