All three ruble forms will be in circulation without restrictions. When conducting financial transactions, its participants will be able to independently choose a convenient form of payment.

The platform developed by the Central Bank for calculations with a digital ruble will create the same conditions for all its participants, citizens, business and banking infrastructure, from the point of view of tariffs, speed processing speeds and lack of limits on those amounts, which will be on the balance of digital wallets.

Financial organizations have functions to open digital wallets and accompany operations on a digital ruble platform.

“It is important for us to increase the availability and convenience of payment services, as well as a decrease in the cost of such services for citizens and business. Since the share of cash payments in retail circulation becomes less, then we need to offer a person and business a similar tool, but digital.
